In the first of many “disgusting” scenes, Lizzie projectile vomits while on a bus. If that weren’t graphic enough, it is then revealed the vomit is crawling with maggots.

The scene, and many others including one which sees bugs crawling under skin, has led many people to feel “physically sick”. Despite the grossness of the film, many viewers have said it is worth watching till the end.

“I actually feel physically sick after watching The Perfection,” one person wrote. “I couldn’t take the bugs man. I was about to turn the movie off but I’m glad I didn’t, the ending was good,” someone wrote. On the other hand, Williams said that the bus scene in the horror movie was inspired by a real experience director Richard Shepard went through.
