Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui-starrer web-series based on Vikram Chandra’s novel Sacred Games. They have blown everyone’s mind away last year and turned out to be a break point in the digital arena. Presently, the second season is being filmed and an insider reveals that the next season of the web-series will be the biggest blast of 2019.
Based on the 2006 novel by Vikram Chandra, Sacred Games is a thriller set in Mumbai with a cast of police officers, politicians and spies. The first season of Sacred Games was co-directed by Gangs of Wasseypur director Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane of Lootera fame. Now Neeraj Ghaywan has replaced Motwane as the director in the second season.

Shivam Gupta is working as casting director said, “Saif Ali Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui will blow your mind away in the second season of the web-series. You cannot even imagine how big it would be.” Shivam also disclosed that the team has got some amazing talent on board for the next season.
Shivam revealed that it required a lot of research. “It required a lot of research to find the perfect actors for the character. Not just for this project, but for any project, research is dominant.”
He also revealed that several new characters will be introduced in season two. “If you were amazed by the actors in the first season, the second one will have talents that have never been seen on screen,” Gupta added.
