Few days back, Esha Gupta posted a statement of social media regarding an incident happened in the restaurant. Her statement caused a new sense of discussion about alleging a man, who seated near her, with sexual allegation. Later on when the actress came to know about the name and other details, it is revealed that he is the brother of Bollywood producer director. He is a business man and his name is Rohit Vig. After trolled on social media Rohit Vig has filed a criminal complaint against Esha Gupta and sues her for defamation for false allegations.

A criminal defamation complaint has been filed against Bollywood actress Esha Gupta by a Delhi businessman after she accused him of sexual misconduct. The Delhi-based businessman filed the defamation case under section 499 and 500 of the Indian Penal Code in Saket Court, New Delhi. Esha accused the man of “raping me with his eyes” at a restaurant in Delhi. She recounted the “uncomfortable” incident on her social media accounts.

After, the business man Rohit Vig came to know about it, he filed a case against the actress. The complaint read as, “The mental agony caused to the complainant is continuing every day since close friends and colleagues are contacting him and his family on a continuous basis and expressing displeasure over the content posted by the accused,” the plea said.
Besides that the plea read further read, “Many members of the public have been expressing doubts on the integrity and moral character of the complainant believing the false and defamatory statements to be true.”
After that the court has posted the matter for August 28 for recording pre-summoning evidence of the complainant. The actress wrote, “About my previous post, this guy was literally raping me with his eyes..Thanks to my security for being more patient than me in this situation..does anyone know him? #deardonna.”
