Benedict Cumberbatch and Nicholas Hoult’s Current War film trailer is out. The film is based on the revelry between to two geniuses. The important characters in the film are Tom Holland along with Michael Shannon go back in time as they star in The Current War. The Alfonso Gomez-Rejon directorial revolves around the story of famous Edison vs. Tesla rivalry.
While Benedict plays Thomas Edison, Nicholas will be seen as Nikola Tesla, Michael Shannon plays George Westinghouse and Tom essays the role of Samuel Insull. The Current War story-line is based on true events as Edison tried to use DC technology to introduce light in Manhattan. But he finds a rival in businessman Westinghouse and his partner Tesla with the latter’s AC electrical current, which is a more lethal approach.
