It seems it a perfect way for a couple to start a new life. But fans and audience got sweet surprise when Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt shares an awkward kiss at the award show.
Media says that without any doubt, Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor are setting couple goals with every public appearance. On the other hand, both are all set to co-star in Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming film Brahmastra, which is one of the most anticipated movies of 2019. But they are making the headlines and caught people’s attention wherever they go and made their appearances.
When, Where and How?
Lately at an awards show, where Alia was declared Best Actress for her performance in Raazi, Ranbir was out of the blue overcome with emotion to hear his girlfriend name during the award announcement. He quickly turned to her to give her a peck on the cheek but the two ended up sharing an awkward kiss, instead.
Right after the announcement, Ranbir turned to kiss Alia on her lips. However, the actress laughed and kissed Ranbir on his cheek. Ranbir was visibly very emotional in the video.
It’s not ended here, on the other hand, Alia got emotional when she presented Ranbir Kapoor with best Actor trophy for Sanju. And when Ranbir spoke, she said, “two very special people” in his life– mother, Neetu Singh and father, Rishi Kapoor, who is currently undergoing medical treatment in New York. While Ranbir was talking about his father, one could see a visibly emotional Alia, wiping off her tears.
Both Ranbir and Alia had also taken home Filmfare trophies for their respective films, Sanju and Raazi. While Ranbir had won the best leading actor (Male), Alia had won the same award in the female category for Raazi. Besides all, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt shares an awkward kiss was the headlines of media next day.
