Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife Aaliya has joined Twitter after rumors of her affair with Viacom executive Peeyush Pandey made headlines in the media. Aaliya had to break her silence to put an end to the false allegations regarding her relationship with another man.

Slamming those who published falsely about her personal life, she addressed, “This is Aliya Siddiqui. I am forced to put the truth concerning me on Twitter so that there is no miscommunication. Let the truth not be silenced by misuse and abuse of power.”

“To begin with let me clarify that I am not into “ANY RELATIONSHIP” with any MAN; and any media report which makes such claims, are absolutely false,” said Aaliya.
She also claimed that the reports have used an “altered” picture of her with Pandey in their articles. “It appears that some section of the media have manipulated with my photograph to make such ridiculous claims to divert attention.”

“I am now learning to stand up and speak for myself, be strong, for the sake of my children. I have not done any wrong till date and therefore I am not worried. However I do not appreciate anyone harming my reputation or character to save someone else. Money can’t buy truth,” she added.

Meanwhile, Pandey also denied such false reports calling them “baseless” and “ridiculous”. He declared that he’s already in a relationship and will pursue a legal route against the articles. He added that his partner is aware of the truth and is also friends with Aaliya.
On Monday, Aaliya sent her husband, Nawazuddin Siddiqui a legal notice demanding a divorce and support from him over issues related to their married life.
Nawazuddin and Aaliya got married in 2009. They are parents to daughter Shora and son Yaani.
