Kartik Aaryan and Sara Ali Khan are two names which got tangled together when the newbie actress confessed. On the Koffee couch, she said that she wants to date the Pyaar Ka Punchnama actor. Sara aired her desire on episode 5 of Koffee With Karan, the effects of which spilled over onto the 17th episode, when Kartik became a guest on Karan Johar’s show.
The host persistently pressed Kartik with questions about his love life, Sara and another newbie Ananya Panday. He repeatedly asked the question with whom he was spotted on a dinner date recently from Kartik. But he said, both of them are is good friend. And about Sara Ali Khan, she is bit too late to answer.

Talking about the delay in coffee date with Sara, Kartik said, “I am trying to earn more money right now, since Saif sir had said that whoever asks her out needs to have money. She is a princess. So, to ask her out on a date, I would require a certain bank balance.” Karan asked Kartik about Sara Ali Khan’s declarations of love for him, his dinner date with Ananya Panday and even a movie date with Shraddha Kapoor, as hinted by Kriti herself.
Kartik denied there is anything cooking between him and the girls but he did say that he will ask Sara out on a date as soon as he earns enough money, a condition put forward by Sara’s father and actor Saif Ali Khan. He said he is simply friends with Ananya, with whom he will be seen in the remake of Pati Patni aur Woh.
Kartik said he has only ever been in a relationship once with a girl who dumped him because he wanted to be an actor.
