Well it seems to be much awaited and good news for the fans around the world. The most versatile hero, fighting with rare cancer Irrfan Khan is fit and will do shoot for Hindi medium 2. Actor Irrfan Khan is back and is perfectly fine now, confirmed director-producer Tigmanshu Dhulia. He also said that the actor will begin the shooting for Hindi Medium 2 soon. The filming on the sequel was scheduled to begin in August last year, but Irrfan’s treatment in the caused a delay.
Irrfan announced that he had been diagnosed with a rare form of tumour. Soon after, he left for London for his treatment. The actor had shared the grim news with his fans through a statement: “Learning that I am suffering from NeuroEndocrine Tumour has been tough but the love and strength of people around me have brought me to a place of hope.”
Irrfan Khan is fit
In an interview Tigmanshu said that he has Irrfan Khan after he returned to India. He is perfectly fine now. Irrfan told me that he will begin shooting for Hindi Medium franchise soon. Now about working together with Irrfan, he added that it will start soon. And in fact, we were in the process of writing one for him. Probably, if everything goes well, we shall be making the film soon. Earlier for Hindi Medium, Irrfan Khan act Opposite to Pakistani actress Saba Qamar.
It was reported that the actor was seeking treatment in the UK, the actor had returned to India for two days for a puja. In March 2018, Irrfan announced that he had been diagnosed with neuroendocrine tumour. “Learning that I am suffering from NeuroEndocrine Tumour has been tough but the love and strength of people around me have brought me to a place of hope,” his statement read.
Irrfan and Dhulia have earlier worked together on films like Paan Singh Tomar and Saheb, Biwi Aur Gangster Returns. Other than this, Irrfan was last seen in Karwaan, which also starred Mithila Palkar and Dulquer Salmaan.
