Actor Chadwick Boseman, who played the magnificent role black icons Jackie Robinson and James Brown before globally known as the regal Black Panther in the Marvel cinematic universe. The young actor, Chadwick Boseman dies of cancer at just the age of 43.
Chadwick Boseman Dies of Cancer
Boseman died at his home in the Los Angeles area with his wife and family by his side, his agent Nicki Fioravante said on Friday.
Boseman was diagnosed with colon cancer four years ago, his family said in a statement.
“A true fighter, Chadwick persevered through it all, and brought you many of the films you have come to love so much,” his family said.

“From Marshall to Da 5 Bloods, August Wilsons Ma Raineys Black Bottom and several more – all were filmed during and between countless surgeries and chemotherapy. It was the honor of his career to bring King TChalla to life in Black Panther.”
Boseman had not talked openly about his diagnosis. It is thought he married his long-term partner, the singer Taylor Simone Ledward, earlier this year. The couple had no children.
Many celebrities including the costars from the Marvel Studios mourned on the loss.
