The miseries of Legendary POP Star of The World Michael Jackson’s seem not over still after his death as well. A long time after his death two of his associates and co star came with accusations of sexual harassment and molestation. The little co stars at that time Wade Robson and James Safechuck came forward and made a documentary Leaving Neverland on sexual abuse done by the King of pop music Michael Jackson. But this is not acceptable for the MJ’s family, Michael Jackson’s Family Sue Documentary and HBO for seriously damaging the name and reputation.

The Charge

Well the documentary made by MJ’s family, is a direct response to the allegations made by Wade Robson and James Safechuck. The two men claimed that Jackson sexually abused them for years when they were children. Michael Jackson, who died in 2009, denied all claims of sexual misconduct when he was alive. He was criminally charged with abusing children, but acquitted after a trial in 2005.

After the controversy of Leaving NeverLand, documentary, MJ family responded quite severally. On the other hand, MJ family shows the Neverland Firsthand, directed by Eli Pedraza and uploaded to YouTube.

It features interviews with Taj Jackson (the singer’s nephew), Brandi Jackson (the singer’s niece), and Brad Sundberg, the longtime technical director for the late singer, who also worked on Neverland Ranch as well.

“Not in a million years did I ever see a child around Michael Jackson that looked like they had been distressed, hurt, abused,” Sundberg says in the film, in an interview with producer Liam McEwan.

Not only had they showed a reaction by uploading a 30 minutes uploading but Michael Jackson’s Family Sue Documentary and HBO. The Jackson family has spoken out against the accusers, denounced Leaving Neverland and filed a $100 million lawsuit against HBO. Meanwhile, several top brands have distanced themselves from Michael in wake of the controversy. Many Radio shows across the world has shutdown the Michael Jackson songs and tributary shows.
