Well the Bollywood is hit again with powerful and most shocking Sexual Harassment allegation on Rajkumar Hirani. The famous director of Munnabhai MMBS has taken this issue quite serious. As whole media is making this news as their headlines. The renowned filmmaker, who gave the highest grossing film of 2018 in the Sanjay Dutt biopic titled Sanju. He has been accused of sexual assault by a female assistant director who worked with him on the Ranbir Kapoor film.
When and Where?
According to the news reports, the assistant had complained to Vidhu Vinod Chopra about him in an email. That email also marked to his wife Anupama Chopra, Sister Shelly Chopra and screen writer Abhijat Joshi as well. Allegedly, Hirani sexually assaulted the victim in the period between March 2018 to September 2018.

He further said, the allegations made against him are false, mischievous, scandalous, motivated and defamatory.
The Email
When talked about the email, the email was stated as, “I remember forming these words on my lips – “Sir. This is wrong…Because of this power structure. You being the absolute power and me being a mere assistant, a nobody. I will never be able to express myself to you. My mind, body and heart were grossly violated that night and for the next 6 months.”
The apparent victim said, while giving an interview to new, Hirani first made a sexually suggestive remark to her and then sexually assaulted her at his home office. The alleged victim said, “I had no choice but to be polite to him. It was unbearable but the reason I endured it all until I couldn’t, was because I didn’t want my job to be taken away from me, and work to be questioned.
While in another explanatory statement, Rajkumar Hirani has said that he has been in state of shock since he heard the allegations. He further said that he suggested taking this matter immediately to the committer or to any legal forum. According to him, it has been done to destroy my reputation and my work.
