Stephen King adaptations have been some of the hottest properties around in recent years. So, it was only a matter of time before someone got to Doctor Sleep, King’s 2013 sequel to The Shining. The movie looks very different than the Stanley Kubrick classic but still very creepy. It comes out November 8th.
On the other hand, “Doctor Sleep” continues the story of Danny Torrance. The story is based on 40 years after his terrifying stay at the Overlook Hotel in The Shining. The Film has Ewan McGregor, Rebecca Ferguson and newcomer Kyliegh Curran star in the supernatural thriller. It is directed by Mike Flanagan, from his own screenplay based upon the novel by Stephen King.
