Well it has happened; US pop star Miley Cyrus has confirmed her marriage to Australian actor and long-standing partner Liam Hemsworth. The singer shared images from the ceremony, reported to have been held on 23 Dec. The couple met nearly a decade ago on the set of the film The Last Song. On the other hand, In November, they lost their home in California in the state’s devastating wildfires. The wedding is reported to have taken place at another property owned by Cyrus, in Franklin, Tennessee.

It was reported earlier by media, but the couple has not confirmed their marriage. They reportedly said ‘I do’ in a secret home ceremony on December 23. The marriage of Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth’s mansion in Franklin, Tennessee, was the perfect venue for their wedding. Till that day, there were rumors that they’d tied the knot first started after a photo appeared. As the couple were cutting what appeared to be a wedding a cake in their kitchen.

The couple tied the knot over the weekend in a small ceremony. Cyrus’ mom, Tish Cyrus, and dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, were in attendance. Photos from her ceremony surfaced on social media. Cyrus confirmed the news in a series of Instagram posts, including a picture of the couple embracing during the ceremony with the caption “10 years later…”
The couple first met on the set of “The Last Song” in 2009 and began dating and even got engaged in 2012. But they called off their engagement the following year and stayed broken up for three more years.
Cyrus recently spoke about the breakup, saying, “(I) needed to change so much. And changing with someone else not changing like that is too hard. Suddenly you’re like, ‘I don’t recognize you anymore.’ We had to refall for each other.” But later, both were seen together and at that time singer Miley Cyrus confirmed that she and Hemsworth were not only back together but engaged.
