Ever since Farah Khan announced that she will be collaborating with filmmaker Rohit Shetty for the remake .After that many fans were keen as to who will feature in the remake of the classic, which originally starred Amitabh Bachchan and Hema Malini. According to report, Anushka Sharma is to be cast in Satte pe Sattae. Earlier Deepika Padukone and Hrithik Roshan named circulated for the pair. But the latter denied it straight away calling it a rumor.
It was being reported that Deepika Padukone has been approached for a role in the film but it was yet to be officially confirmed by the makers. But now Anushka Sharma may be seen playing one of the roles in the film. The buzz is that Anushka Sharma has been approached to play one of the leading ladies in the film. And the team is discussing the role with the actress.

Besides that, in an interview, the actress had given the reason for not signing any projects lately. She said, “That’s a conscious decision. I wanted to take a couple of months off after Zero. After I got married, it was like a whirlwind. I was back on the sets shooting for Sui Dhaaga: Made In India and later Zero. I was just working back to back. Whatever time I’d get, I’d try to balance and meet Virat. But I was feeling too worked up. I needed to take two months off.”
On the other hand, besides the Hrithik Roshan, now Akshay Kumar and Shah Rukh Khan were being considered for Amitabh’s role. However, the cast is still being finalized. After the right pairing, other than this the next big interesting thing is the cast for Amitabh’s six brothers that brought in the humor element in the movie.
